Την έχω εδώ και τρεις μέρες εκτός  ότι κολλάει συνέχεια δεν κατεβαίνουνε όλες οι παραγγελίες που έχω. Έχω 10 παραγγελίες αν θέλω να βρω μια συγκεκριμένη δεν μπορώ να τη βρω. Το άλλο το κακό είναι ότι αργεί πάρα πολύ να δώσει ενημέρωση μου ‘χει έρθει το e-mail και η εφαρμογή ακόμα δεν έχει μέσα την παραγγελία μου ότι έχει φτάσει . Θεωρώ ότι είναι πάρα πολύ κακή εφαρμογή  που έχουνε βάλει. Θέλει πολύ φτιάξιμο ακόμα ας κοιτάξουν και κάποιες άλλες εφαρμογές να πάρουν ιδέες.

The Box Now in Greece needs serious improvements to take into consideration! First of all, you need to hire people for support (not with bots)! Secondly, you need to take your responsibilities when you are losing packages, you should care and give some compensation in the customer like Amazon does! You already lost one a package of mine and the cost was big for me!! And last but not least, there is a possibility some of your employees stealing the packages and that’s something to consider and check also who you are hiring!! I hope to take them into account!! You will become more trustworthy then.
