### ***-- "Good cloud storage, even the free account"
I’ve been using Box for a couple of years and have only encountered an occasional problem and these were fixed very easily and quickly.
My only gripe is with the iOS app that it doesn’t recognise the email field and prompt the password manager to enter the email address that’s used for the account. Once you get to the next screen and you’re asked for your password, of course the app will automatically invoke the password manager. But if you’re looking to try and protect yourself against keystroke logging, then automatic filling in the email address would be a better way of doing things.

Editing my review: The same problem (as I see it) still exists. I don’t know how long ago I wrote my initial review. 

But I have encountered a couple of new problems recently. 

I’m using the same phone as for the last 6 months and all of a sudden, Box decides that I’m using a new device and it wants to authenticate me. In a way, that’s better than having security that doesn’t care about me using whatever device I choose to use at any given time. But when the 2FA code doesn’t arrive by SMS, it makes it impossible to log into my cloud storage. 

I’ve had the account for a few years, so maybe they offer new options for 2FA. I’ll have to see what’s available and best for me now.

This is a great way to store all online content but the price is high. I could buy a portable hard drive every 3 months, instead. 
But the security is good and it removes risk of virus on hard drive contaminating the drive so I pay the cost.

Trying to log into box on the iphone both via the box app or thru Apple Files is absolutely frustrating. 

To log in you need to key in yr user name, then password, then a captcha, then receive a code sent by text … then it says invalid captcha …start again … over and over in an endless loop … driving me here to leave a 1 star review because I can’t leave a 0 star rating.

About the only way i can use box is on the desktop browser. Not happy!
