FAST ONLINE ACCOUNT OPENING
1 government ID and 5 minutes are all you need to open a BPI savings account. Open an account with your Passport, Driver's License, Postal ID, SSS ID, PRC ID, or UMID. No need to go to the branch. Once the account is opened, you can immediately access BPI online banking services!

NOW ALSO YOUR E-WALLET WITH QR PAYMENTS
Skip the cash-in, scan any QR Ph in stores to pay straight from your BPI app!

EASY MONEY TRANSFERS
Easily transfer money between your BPI accounts, or send money to other BPI account holders. You can also transfer funds to other local banks and e-wallets via PesoNET and InstaPay. Set up Favorites to save time.

SCHEDULED TRANSACTIONS
Create scheduled transactions to billers, fund transfers to BPI accounts and other banks, and load to prepaid cards ahead of time so you don't miss due dates. You can set the frequency to one-time, monthly, and quarterly.

It will be the perfect banking app if it has a feature to schedule bank transfer to non-BPI account. This is a standard feature in other banking app which BPI is missing.

We had been banking for 40+ yrs now from employment to after retirement from a private company. With the new technologies coming in, BPI does not want to be left behind; for pride or what? Continous update are being done, but still I can continue using both the mobile and PC based system using OTP. 
I have used the mobile key with an older SW version for some time. Two months or a month ago, the apps still allow me to download the older version during installation BUT when you use the apps, you are FORCED to update. But I have HW limitations that the new SW can not be uploaded. I don’t want to do away with my older cellphone and at my age, there are other priorities. 

Really have no idea if I have the same experience as others but can BPI still be conservative enough to care for its customers.

I find it a hassle that BPI app does not have installment conversion available for all users unlike some online banking apps. Not only is it time consuming to reach costumer service just to request special installment plan, it is also wasteful to constantly pay for load just to reach them. I hope you make it available on the app to do installment plans
