The app is EXTREMELY hit and miss with the pump unlock feature. I feel as though more often than not it hasn’t worked more than it has worked which is especially painful given I ride a motorbike and then have to take the helmet/gear off for the pump to manually be unlocked.
It’s also especially annoying because if I wanted to take the gear off/walk in store, I’d find one of MANY other much-much cheaper petrol stores nearby.

I’ve been using this app for years now and have always used BP premium fuels and my car never miss a beat. Any chance this app will have trip planner soon so customers can map and plan where BP stations are located for a long trip.

Won’t let me add rewards card to my apple iPhone 16 pro max. Need help fixing this issue. Had no problems adding rewards card to my apple iPhone 15 pro max so why won’t it let me add to my 16 pro max? Got no help with this either. Just checked again and now the bp app isn’t working at all now

### *---- "BP Digital card can’t be added to Apple Wallet - scam to force you to use the BPme app"
Clearly deliberate move by BP to force people to open and use the BPme app when they don’t need to. 

Spoke to BP Rewards staff and they said the issue started over a month ago (in fact from reviews here this “bug” was first reported in September - 3 months ago!) and there is no update planned to fix it that they know of. Supprt staff said I have to either use a physical card or open the BPme app - which is when it became clear why this “bug” was introduced to the BPme app. 

The app had an update 1 month ago - and despite promises to reviewers in September and October that this would be fixed - it wasn’t. 

Apple should demand a fix - BPme is promoting a digital card and Apple Wallet compatibility - but it doesn’t work to force people to use BPme app.

So always purchase coffees from BP, a great deal due to “Mix and Save” 3 for $10 or 5 for $15, small size, but once you edit to upgrade to regular 50c extra, price deal will go back to normal price, i.e $10 for 3 small will become $15 for 3 regular which should be $11.50. Any type of edit alters the price back to normal, milk swap, extra shot etc.. used to work ok before, but not sure of upgrade on app, totally not worth it now, will go Zarraffas and pay the same price if this continues.

I was excited to get this app to hopefully remove some of the clutter from my physical wallet, turns out I have to keep the plastic card on me and keep having the app installed as the add to digital wallet feature is broken. Reinstalled the app multiple times to no avail

Please address this in a future update, and I will update my review as the app itself is pretty solid.
