Contactless re-fuel & Pay in Car options
• Use ‘Find a bp’ in the app to search your nearest bp locations anytime.
• Pull into your nearest bp and open BPme.
• Set up your payment card.
• ‘Tap to Pay in Car’, enter your fuel pump number, fuel grade and fill amount.
• Choose to use your $15 everyday rewards voucher if you wish.
• When the pump unlocks, you can then fill up.
• You’re good to go. Refuel your vehicle contact-free with BPme.

• Choose what time you want to collect your coffee. No queues, no worries.

Strange decision to stop the rewards card access so people pay full price. We literally went to Z (out of the way) to avoid BP. Same issue at Countdown that logs everyone out. Not even remotely surprised. Why people dont boycott you greedy mongrels ill never know

Can’t add a credit card, and as a form of authentication when you set it up is asks you to confirm your current postcode.  Who the F knows what postcode you’re in if you’re travelling ???

Customised coffee orders can be done, as expected. You can’t search for the cheapest fuel at any BP station within a certain radius and pre-buy fuel to use at any station later - this feature in the Z app is super handy when I live in an area that is typically anywhere from 5 cents to 19 cents higher than all other areas nearby. There is a ‘fingerprint’ unlock feature in the BPme app but not a ‘face ID’ unlock option.

### **--- "Used to work fine until I forgot my password"
Nice app. I haven’t used it on my phone for a long time so it auto logged out. When I tried to login the password wasn’t correct so I thought of resetting. I am getting the OTP on msgs but as soon as I enter it says - no network connection 😂 hence can’t reset my password to login. There are many places on app which shows the same error. I guess dev has put one error msg for all failures be it connection, API or server 😅😂.

I cannot load any of my cards as my payment card. I tried all my cards but a message always pops up saying “Something’s not right. Your bank has stopped us loading this card.” I don’t think it has to do with the banks. But the app. This is frustrating because this is stopping me from using the BP app to pay in car.

Love the app. Thought of putting a review so its better than other apps. Can we please have the amount deducted straight away pls. I understand different banks have different timings but caltex has theres deducted straight away and bp takes a day to get updated.😭 And second thing pleaseee can we have an option in the app to compare prizes on where could be the cheapest to fuel please 🙏 I think itll make it interesting and fun.
