brainy: AI Notes & Flashcards

I love this product. It helps me a lot in my college classes. Saves tonne of my time from manual note taking. It is now super easy to refresh everything at exam time in a short time (from notes). I recommend you try it out. Also, this app doesn’t share my data with other users or advertisers. Privacy matters to me and hence I like this app even more.

The app summarizes the course videos very aptly and precise which makes learning very easy.

Super easy and a versatile app. I’ll share my unique usecases: 1. Letter/Notice summary: I’m a busy professional who doesn’t have much time to read through lengthy letters or notices received from companies. So I uploaded them to brainy and within few seconds, I was able to ask brainy to summarize it and what’s the action requested from the reader. It gave correct answers including due by dates. Super cool! 2. YouTube videos: I usually don’t have the time to watch lengthy YouTube tutorials on topics which I want to learn more about (like data science or system design). I gave the hour long video URL to brainy and asked it to summarize the topic and ask follow up questions to accelerate my learning. Relevant timestamps in the answers were the cherry on top! I wish I had found this app sooner during my grad day. Would have finished studying in no time :)

I have been using this app since last two months and I have find this App very very helpful and easy to use. This app’s summarization capabilities are impressive. It condenses lengthy lectures and articles into concise, digestible summaries, saving users valuable time and helping them to focus on key points. It also generates Flashcards which is very helpful for active leaning and provide significant advantage for educational and professional development. Glad to use this app.

Covers so many use cases providing a solution for students, academics and others. Multiple features provide different approaches to a problem and facilitate the user to overcome them in whatever way suits them the best.!!

I have been using this app from a while for live lectures to recorded video. It acts as a second brain so I don’t miss out any details and it can make notes automatically while I am doing something else. Pros 1. Accurate notes taking even with different accents it catches all the words accurately 2. Automatic flash cards generator 3. Query function- you can ask any question from the notes and it gives out a reply from your notes and can relate to different notes as well. 4. Most important “Easy to use” Cons - Sometime in recorded lectures I can go to sleep and can stop taking notes. Not sure if it’s the app or my device issue.

App is great to record and summarize lectures, ideas, and conversations. The memory query feature is a chatbot to query into the recordings, extract relevant info from the summaries as well as gather info from external sources relevant to the topic. I’m hoping to utilize it more as this feature evolves over time.

I have seen this product mature from its humble beginnings and it has truly progressed after its early versions
