I love this app and helped me a lot with my breathing. I just don’t understand why they added premium. Maybe I’m wrong but I definitely remember being able to change the colour without paying. Anyways, i still like this app but just disappointed in the premium.

Now it’s crammed too full of invasive ads that intentionally hinder the purpose of the app. There are a million breathing apps that all do the same thing, and this one is now bloated. Opt for a less greedy and less manipulative one.

March 2023 update:
The actual basic functionality is now paywalled! Can’t use inhale durations for longer than 4s without paying. Useless app.

Breeth, Breath, box breathing. 

This has a great sound, I only use one of them to condition my brain to hear this and then relax. I can change the intervals for timing. I can put my phone on sleep after I turn it on and it will continue until the session is done. 

Easy. Does what it says. Recommend.

The best in class.  I use it everyday.  However, I have attempted to activate the upgrade for months on my iPhone 7, but the upgrade screen is inert - nothing happens when I touch the choices.  I have left 3 messages with the app développer but never got a reply nor even an acknowledgement that my message was received.  Unfortunate, as I would make the app a permanent addition on all my devices.
