Breathwrk: Breathing Exercises

It gets 1 star because I remember them saying its totally free and it was for like an year but now it’s with a monthly fee and to be honest it’s kinda of expensive. Don’t get me wrong it’s an amazing and beautiful work of technology but mental health shouldn’t come with a bill attached. Sorry guys you disappointed me alot.

Many breathing exercises are hard to follow without constantly looking at the screen, because there aren't (good enough) cues how long to inhale/exhale or when to start inhaling/exhaling.

Long time user of this app, but latest versions really clunky. Distracting in a way that diminishes the intended effect of breath work. Unless user interface bugs cleaned up, will likely cancel subscription

I downloaded this app as part of a program, it was part of the purchase from another company. The app has consistently stopped in the breathing portion and doesn’t show it through to completion. I contacted customer support with screen grabs and was asked to delete and reinstall. I was hesitant because I didn’t have my promo code for the three month program. When I replied with the concern I had no reply. I decided to delete the app and reinstall and after I did and nothing changed I replied to the email and days later I still have no reply. The customer service is 1 star at best, the app is decent but has issues I feel no one is willing or capable of addressing.

Thought the app was decent at first, but have become very disappointed and wish I had cancelled the trial before accepting subscription.

They need to change up how long the breath is and if you hold the breath or not. This new update is just laziness. I want variety when I do breath work exercises. There should continue to be a free version.
