App states the OBU mac registration takes about 45m, but it didn’t work until 1 day later. The“retry” button did not work and there is no feedback/error on why. One day later the OBU was finally able to connect. However, the driver needs to intentionally open the app and connect to the OBU every time he starts to drive, else the trip logs / transaction history would not be recorded. However, there is no option to change the parking and erp rates targeted for other vehicle types such as motorcycles. I pair with my OBU on my bike and process is smooth. But the app giving me car information on ERP and parking rates for my motorcycle. One day, I tried use the navigation. To my surprise, there’s only one type of the navigation voice. The voice made me uninstall the app instantly.
