Updates: spread powerup finish lines out. rewards dole out half as many trick shots. watching ad removes 1 line instead of 3. costs 300 gems to remove lines now. Used to be 200 and even further back 100.

And now I hit the powerup finish line and I get zero, I repeat zero trick shots? What happened is this an accidental  byproduct of nerfing everything to push micro transactions. I used to love this game. I grinded to lvl 1500. What a middle finger to me..

I’ve been playing this game off and on for a couple of years. It’s great to kill boredom. I usually would watch the ads to get through three rows at a time when I was frustrated and couldn’t finish one of the levels. But lately the ads start at 90 seconds and then are followed up with another 15 second ad. This is too much.!! Whatever happened to 30 second ads? Those I could handle. But when you have to do 10 ads to get rid of three rows, that’s just too much of a waste of time. I’ll be deleting!

Rating for this game went from 4.8 to 4.3 a few minutes after I downloaded & began playing it. Before downloading reviews were all positive with regards to the frequency of ads, lets just say there are a ton of ads after first few mins of play, game is ok otherwise, fawking ads have ruined the online gaming experience, I’ll break out a deck of cards before I try other games to pass away time while waiting for appts, being on hold while trying to contact any large business, gov services etc. I might even carry my daughters old yoyo I came across the other day, certainly better than watching ads. Some interactive ads are more enjoyable than the full version of the game.

This game is one that will almost always land on my phone because it’s easy to play, easy to get into, and (the best part) doesn’t have an intrusive amount of ads. It doesn’t feel like a simple ad mechanism, it feels like a game with some ads to pay for it.

A decent game and worthy of a recommendation.
