purchased two subscription packages with the same features, but not combine usage periods
Due to a moment of carelessness, I ended up purchasing two English learning packages in the Bright app. One package lasts for one year, and the other for six months, and these two packages overlap in duration rather than being added consecutively. Furthermore, there is no difference in features between these two subscription packages. As a result, I have essentially lost the six-month package without receiving any additional benefits. I requested a refund for at least one of these packages twice, but both requests were denied. This app Bright’s unreasonable pricing policy is practically equivalent to deceiving consumers.
