Very handy app and lots of locations however it could be made much better by having the availability to filter more option based on dog friendly, amenities, waste and fresh water options. It mentions these within the location details but doesn’t have the option to filter to this level.

I used to be able to do a vicinity search in relation to where I was. Now all I have is a map covered in orange pint glasses, with no indication on the as to where I am. Not without planning a route anyway.
If I don't know the area I'm in, how can I plan a route. i.e We're stuck in a horrendous traffic jam on the M1, and can't see which of the orange pints would be beat for us to stop at.
Also the app is restricted to one device only. So absolutely useless if my wife should need to travel alone at any time. Because the app is on my phone.
Why is it that upgrades these days, are the complete opposite of an upgrade, and render a good app' completely useless?😡

Downloaded the app & it immediately crashed. Now crashes every time I open it, mostly on the map. Haven’t bought a subscription yet & won’t until it’s sorted. Great idea & I would use it a lot. Can’t quite believe anyone would launch an app that’s as glitchy as this…. I mean, it’s not as if apps are a new thing & everyone’s in beta!

The upgraded app is much better. I love the fact that I can plan a route and see what stops are available along the way, and the filters are useful. However, when I search for a specific town I would like a pin to be dropped there rather than the app just zooming in on a general area. Personally I would prefer vehicle sizes in metres rather than feet (or both).

Just garbage. 
The book works well. The concept is perfect. But the app is simply appalling. I feel like I have almost worn my finger out tapping on points on the map which do not work. I want to give my money to these sites - I’m sure these sites want my money. But this app is so bad it is literally preventing the connection between users and sites. Either bring back the book - or improve this app, at least to the point where it does not look, feel and act like it has been built by a team of five year olds. This app has denigrated a very good idea into a joke. How could you have released a version as poor as this that looks very much like a pre-pre-beta version. Come on Britstops, your reputation rests on an app that is dragging your name through the mire!

Look at the fact you only answer the positive reviews.
I don’t want a book, your out of touch.
The cost is stupid.
Take heed about greed, not all of us have £100.000 motorhomes.
Lots need grey waste points.
Lots need toilet points.
It just shows you have not called or know about the places you have entered.
I won’t pay you any money it’s just way too expensive.
The very fact we are locked out by a code is stupid, just a peek would help.
Can you imagine if all the high street shops had blacked out windows, we want to see what is on offer.
