Brookshire's

I like to make my lists to go shop in person, but I can’t delete items once they are added. It’s very difficult to use the app this way. What’s the purpose in having it as an option if it won’t work correctly!? Now I guess I will use it to check availability and price and write it down on a piece of paper and hope I don’t forget the list at home. What a crappy app.

Trying to figure how to use ecoupons. It’s beyond me.

I think brookshire should make a card for apple wallet because I can just scan my brookeshire card on my apple iPhone and my account is accepted with out having to type in my phone number. If there a brookshire pass for apple wallet. I need to find out.

I love my Brookshire’s in Granbury. The store is always clean and the staff is always friendly and helpful. I won’t shop anywhere else.

The app is such a pain to use now since an update some months ago. I used to be able to figure out where items could be based on the map inside app that would give a general area. Wasn’t always right but gave me idea where to start. Now the app serves no purpose. Disappointed. What’s even worse is that the new app will constantly be crashing when I tried to check points, maybe that bug has been fixed.

If this is what Brookshire’s calls bug fixes, don’t waste your time. I had surgery recently and my husband is useless in the grocery store. Thought I’d order online and have him pick up the order. No problem, right? This really shouldn’t be that hard to do, but I spent more than a couple hours shopping online. By the time I finished, I had several items listed up to 5 times each, not by choice. Every time I tried to change the number of items or even trash-can it, the item was added again. The number of items in my cart never changed, but who wants to take the chance. There are only two of us and we don’t need 5 packages or corn tortillas or 5 packages of sliced cheese, among other items. How do you even check out? I never saw a PAY HERE button. Almost every response from the “Developer” on here is “talk to customer service”. If you’re the Developer, looks like you could do something about this mess. Or maybe Customer Service should be responding to these reviews. Something tells me they don’t even read them. I’ve spent a lot of money at Brookshire’s over the years, as did my mother before me and I’m 70. I’m more than ready to take my business elsewhere, even if I have to drive 50 miles. If you want to go out of business, close the doors already! Maybe then we can get HEB or even Kroger here.

Please stop the having to scroll thru every product available to click on one and then it shows up on every product offered. I don’t have time for all that.

I’ve never gotten the app to work. It tells me to check connection but my other apps work just fine. It was bad enough they took the Brookshire’s out of my town and turned it into a second Super1 in a small town but now if I want to shop in the next town over 15 miles away I can’t use the app to plan ahead.

Your app isn’t loading anything and last week I had a problem with logging in and paying for my groceries. I don’t know what you thought you were doing to fix it but, it was fine before you started messing with it.

Don’t use Brookshire a whole lot because it’s a hardest app I’ve ever tried to use, but I love my Brookshire. 6/12/24 I talked with serveral older friend they say like me if try order to pick can’t figure out e coupon N other sales to get order an I been turn away at register when I’m buying and if I don’t have it already in my phone, they said it takes too much time to stand to put it in. I tried to explain I don’t know how to get it in so I do most of my pick up from Walmart I just have to drive up there and get it anywhere from $600 on groceries and and ends from it if I get a chance and have somebody take me up, I’ll go to Brookshire’s for sale items that I can get or get my daughter to get. I know I have three friends it has the same problem.
