## brutto. Description
Brutto is the receipt app for people who pay with a company card.

Every purchase on your company card shows up in the app, and each one needs a receipt. Take a photo, pick a PDF, or forward the email. brutto reads the receipt, matches it to the right transaction and hands it to your company's bookkeeping. That is the whole job.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• See every transaction on your company cards, with the ones still waiting for a receipt at the top
• Attach a receipt in seconds: take a photo, choose a file or PDF, or upload several at once
• Forward email receipts to your company's private receipt inbox and they appear in the app on their own
• Let brutto do the matching: amount, date and merchant are read from the receipt and paired with the transaction
• Keep unmatched receipts in one place until the right transaction arrives
• Lost a receipt? Mark it as lost with a short note so your bookkeeper knows
• Add a description when your company asks for one
• Follow each transaction from “waiting for receipt” to reviewed and accepted, with the reason if one is sent back
• Switch between companies if you hold cards for more than one

SIGN IN WITH YOUR ELECTRONIC ID
No passwords and nothing to remember. Sign in with Icelandic rafræn skilríki on your phone or with the Auðkenni app.

BUILT FOR ICELANDIC COMPANIES
brutto works with Landsbankinn company cards, credit and prepaid. Amounts, dates and merchant details are extracted from each receipt automatically and shown as suggestions for your finance team to review. Available in English and Icelandic.

WHO IT IS FOR
Employees, founders and managers who pay with a company card and would rather not chase receipts at month-end. Your company's finance team reviews and books the receipts in the brutto web app; you just submit them.
