Why change something that wasn’t broken 🤷🏻‍♀️ It’s forever crashing and won’t let me access emails. It says I have email when I haven’t and haven’t when I have. The way it’s laid out is awful, I know the unread ones are in bold but it’s not that distinguishable to the unread ones so when quickly filtering through it’s hard to find what you’re looking for. As well as the difference in text of the sender, subject and little bit of information you get. I also recently bought an iPad which is great but again the app on there isn’t. It’s so laggy and when trying to delete unwanted emails fast when there’s a few but not enough to select them all, deleting them individually is annoying as between each one you have to wait for it to tell you it’s been deleted and you can’t do anything until that message goes away, which slows the whole process down and it just flat out annoying. These may seem like minor problems, but they’re problems that you shouldn’t have to deal with in such a high branded app. I’d like to see at least some of these features fixed in updates ASAP, especially the crashing for no reason one as because of that I can’t even use the app at all, I’m having to go through safari which isn’t the best option 🤦🏻‍♀️ And reading all the other reviews on the App Store it doesn’t seem like I’m the only one having these issues, everyone seems to be in the same boat, so clearly something needs to be done. UPDATE I’m now having an issue where it tells me the number of emails I have is not correct I go through them all and sort them out no unread emails left yet in the app it’ll still say I have 32 unread emails, then if I minimise the app the little red notification says 99 so this is not adding up -- NoMoreNicknames72641946275, 2024-12-09 ### ***-- "Forced to Use this App" Forced to use this app when BT support failed to help when Outlook email app failed to send messages repeated “we can’t support 3rd party apps” (really not even one of the most.commonly used?). Not as good as Outlook. Issues: reading messages before deletion: some still appear as unread in Trash and until marked as read the unread messages badge shows incorrect count (worse than having no count); Doesn’t display graphics properly in some emails e.g Netflix emails. Display of folders list cumbersome and simplistic when many and subfolders. Also once I read my message and close the app the app still shows the messages as unread. To avoid this problem after reading my messages I have to open another box ie sent or spam that way the app removes the notifications.
