This app needs worked on because it’s not working for me plus I just paid for it I have that smart Watch DZ 09 and I’m having a hard time connecting this app to my watch if not you can refund my money

I downloaded this app and it’s just searching never connected to anything at all is there a way I can get my money back or anything to help because I’m very upset and disappointed that it didn’t and I had to pay for it
