i don't know if it's fake or not but i only received a welcome text and after that it's been three days i haven't received any message from the idol, i would like to get my refund
Provide subtitles for voice message.
It’s difficult to understand what artist speaks in voice message because of language barrier. It would be great if Bubble can provide subtitles for voice messages.
The app is not so good
Why this app is not good is because we need to buy tickets to chat.There are a lot of kids who want to chat but parents won’t allow. Can u please remove the buy thing please?
Messaging method
I have so many questions anout this app but this app sounds so creative after reading multiple answers from quora. Overall user interface and user experience was really good. One thing I still doubt is some messages come with my name included in with artist message which sounds as if artist is asking me. While some messages come normally. As a user I want to know whether the artist is replying to me or other fans because its group chat for them. I really request you guys to provide some kind of replying to particular fan messages as well because me as a fan, user and subscriber I want to know if he/she is replying to me.Also I want you guys to introduce some kind of feature where artist know the name of the fan instead of just notifying the artist like “From Fan”. Please try to introduce these features if possible.
