How do I change my mode of payment?

So apparently, globe network won’t charge any app subscription anymore to bill, I need to change my mode of payment so my subscription wont get cancelled. How do I do that? HEEEELLLLPPPP 😩 Yeji bbl is my life 🖤🙊

Recently just switched to a new device but all the history chats have completely disappeared and since I logged into another device it disconnected me from my past device, very disappointing to say the least.

Anniversary will be reset as well as the character count

i want to cry. my payment was delayed for three days since i was waiting for my funds but then all my anniversaries/days with the artist have been reset to 1. that was kinda okay for me actually. but then i realized that the character limit for sending mssgs was also reset too. now i only have 50 character limit!!!! i hate it cuz the original days i have been subscribed to bbl was nearly 200 days and i have a high character limit count already. but just bcs i was delayed in paying, all of it was back to zero. pls change this system 😞
