Where is my data?

I went onto the app after having 35 notifications and I’ve been logged out. I signed back in and all the messages have disappeared and our chat log has been reset. My translation settings were also lost. I haven’t done anything to the app! I closed it like normal like last time. I don’t pay for my data to disappear after a month

Glitch?

I am subscribed to all stray kids members but for some reason it’s only letting me send messages to chan, and for rest of the members it’s saying I “need to subscribe to send message to this artist”, even though I am already subscribed?!

Chat goes blank

I purchased 2 tickets for Chan and Leeknow. And then when I reopen the app the chats for both are blank. I will update the review after a week to see if anything changed or not.

I can’t sign up 😢

I try signing up but it won’t let me please fix it

Surprisingly upset.

I love this app so much, but just recently i renewed my subscription for two tickets for stray kids since i wanted felix and hyunjin, but when i tried to get the ticket, it came through and took money out, but i never got the tickets on the app, it made me upset and i dont know what to do, i really need to speak to them sometimes, they are so comfortable to talk to and im glad i have them but its kind of upsetting that i cant even chat to them until i next renew it.

I think it’s a really good way to communicate with my favorite jyp idols like sullyoon always makes my day I think it’s a really good app

Really good app

I got bubble and brought a stray kids ticket to talk to lee know and lily and I was receiving a lot of messages, voice messages and pics from lily but lee know didn't message much and I knew he was busy

Annoyed!!

They make it out to be an amazing app but you can’t even chat to members if you don’t pay as a 14 year old without a bank account I find it really inconsiderate
