I can’t link bank accounts even after purchasing the app deleted will not use

I love this app, it presents your spending in a way that’s easy to understand, the organisation is intuitive and convenient, and there are plenty of features to help you understand your spending. The one thing I wish they would implement is making it easier to input your spending, for example by creating shortcuts so if I get a coffee for $6 every morning, I don’t have to go through selecting the category, typing the price etc. I wish there was a button so if you make identical transactions often you can input them quicker. I would also like to see a calculator, so if I want to save 30% of my paycheque, there’s an option to get Buddy to help me calculate that and transfer the money to the appropriate account.

I subscribed and soon found out that they have none of my banks that are in Australia and not even Australia as a country to be chosen. I then emailed them regarding this and there has been no reply after several emails.

In Australia,downloaded as advertised can connect to bank account. I can’t find any options to connect to bank account and that’s reason why I pad for subscription.

Why did I pay $80 for an app where it won’t import data? I’m not inputting every transaction manually.

Good app with user friendly design. Good customer service

Easy to use and set up with innovative interface between daily transactions lodging and budget plan. Would love to see a wishlist feature to help planning for future purchase.

There was no way to add a bank feed Australia which makes it pretty limited value. There was no help information provided on how to use the app. It’s a pretty limited feature set and was disappointing as it’s not much use without connectivity to bank transactions. For such a small feature set the subscription pricing was crazy.

I’m loving this app so far! I don’t mind not having the bank connection (I’m in aus), I prefer typing my transactions manually. BUT: 1) Is there any way to toggle the Left to Spend section for both “Budget” and “Remaining” pages? What I mean by that is, I would like to see how much money I have left to spend EXCLUDING fixed expenses/bills. If you could add a feature like that for free that would be absolutely amazing!! 2) It would be even more amazing if there’s an affordable one-time payment for premium 🥲 The free version is very usable though! Thank you so much 😭
