The app is good, but it would be better if they add recurring transactions with an end date, I have to creat a notification on my cellphone and that shouldn’t happen. Everything should be on tha same app

Lo empezamos a utilizar desde octubre 2023 y todo había estado bien, pero desde abril 2024 no se está sincronizando adecuadamente, aparecen cantidades diferentes en la de mi pareja y en la mía. El objetivo de pagar Premium era que los dos pudiéramos usar la app en nuestro propio celular y que los dos estuviéramos al tanto de las finanzas, pero ya no está siendo posible.

I was trying to find out about the prices for the premium app, and the app subscribed itself. I received an email where it read I had already paid for the app which, of course, I didn’t do it. I requested a refund on Apple but it was denied. I gave up and decided to use the app, but the app is not allowing me either to sing in or sign up. I tried to reach out to you on the app, but the app didn’t allow me to use the contact section. There are some errors on the app, please, help me!!

La aplicación es muy fácil de usar y útil pero estuve varios meses usándola perfectamente aparentemente sin sesión abierta, al querer registrarme con mi correo se puso como si estuviera recién instalada y se quitaron todos los gastos que había guardado, hay alguna manera de recupéralos?

The app is easy to used and love the design of it. However, there’s a bug when you try to erase a saving goal…you can archive it but it won’t erase. Hope that it will be fixed soon.

Muy cara para la compra única. Y no supe cómo agregar cuentas personalizas. Es decir, quiero agregar un gasto de la TDC A. Pero, también uso TDC B. Solo puedo agregar cuentas por TDC mas no ponerle nombre o etiqueta. Se puede?
