What happened was I was offered a discounted rate for the premium app when I was on a free trial. I purchased it, and didn’t cancel the free trial, thinking it would have been automatically transitioned to a premium account. Then I was charged AGAIN, full price, when the “trial” period was over. As I mentioned, I contacted apple multiple times as well as the developer, and the developer would not take responsibility. Apple refused the refund.
