อยากขอความช่วยเหลือจากทีมงานที่รับผิดชอบระบบนะคะ เราเพิ่งจ่ายแบบ 1 เดือน ผ่าน DTAC เมื่อวานนี้  

เมื่อวานเราดูเพลิงพระนางผ่านยูทูบ ep.1 แล้วจากนั้นเราก็จ่ายสมัคร 1 เดือน เราก็ดูผ่านยูทูบโดยไม่ได้โหลดแอพ 

เมื่อสักครู่เราโหลดแอพเพื่อจะได้ดูผ่านแอพง่ายขึ้น เพราะภาพที่ดูผ่านยูทูบเบลอมากกกกก  กระตุกตลอดเวลา 

แต่พอโหลดแอพมาเราเข้าสู่ระบบไม่ได้ ทั้งที่ใส่อีเมล์กับรหัสถูกต้อง มีข้อความขึ้นว่า ยังไม่ได้สมัครสมาชิก

เราเลยลองย้อนกลับไปที่ยูทูบอีกครั้ง กดตามลิ้งค์ที่ให้ดูสำหรับคนที่เป็นสมาชิกแต่ก็เข้าระบบไม่ได้อีก  

ช่วยแนะนำด้วยนะคะว่าต้องทำอย่างไร   ขอบคุณค่ะ

เราทดลองสมัครสมาชิกครั้งแรก แพ็คเกจรายสัปดาห์ 59 บาท ตัดเงินผ่าน ทรูมันนี่วอลเลตไปแล้ว พอกลับเข้ามาในแอปกลับเด้งออกจากแอคเคาท์ต้องเข้าระบบใหม่ แต่พอเข้ามาแล้วเช็คดูแพ็คเกจกลับขึ้นว่าไม่มีแพ็คเกจ เป็นเพราะอะไร และมีวิธีแก้ยังไงคะ เสียเงินไปแล้วแต่ไม่ได้ดู เป็นนักเรียนอยู่ด้วยค่ะ เสียดายเงิน 59 บาทมาก

เพลงรักผาปืนแตก นางกรี๊ด คู่กิ๊กพริกกะเกลือ พลิกฟ้าล่าตะวัน ดุจตะวันดั่งภูผา คือหาดูยากมากค่ะ โดยเฉพาะเรื่องเพลงรักผาปืนแตกและนางกรี๊ด อยากให้นำกลับมาลงในแอปนะคะ ทราบค่ะว่ามีนักแสดงที่เล่นการเมืองอยู่ แต่ละครดีๆมีคุณภาพมากมายแบบนี้ก็ควรจะได้ไปต่อนะคะ ไม่ใช่ถูกปิดตายหายไปตลอดกาล มันดูไม่ใช่เรื่องค่ะ ที่จะไม่นำละครแบบนี้กลับมาฉายอีก ไม่รู้นะคะว่ามีปัญหาอะไรนอกจากนักแสดงท่านนี้ แต่คนอื่นๆในละครเขาก็ไม่ผิดนะคะ เขาควรได้ไปต่อกับละครน้ำดีแบบนี้ อยากให้นำกลับมาฉายค่ะ ชอบมากๆเรื่องเพลงรักผาปืนแตก อยากดูนางกรี๊ดด้วยค่ะ หาดูไม่ได้เลย หวังว่าทางช่องจะรับไปพิจารณาอีกครั้งนะคะ ซื้อแพ็คเกจแต่ละครั้งใครๆก็ต้องการดูละครที่ตัวเองต้องการกันทั้งนั้นค่ะ เงินที่เสียไปก็อยากให้เพราะอยากดูละครที่เรารัก ขอร้องนะคะ ละครเรื่องอื่นที่นานกว่าเรื่องที่บอกมานี้ เก่าแสนล้านปียังมีในระบบแต่เรื่องที่กล่าวมาไม่มีเลย ถูกถอดอออกไป อยากดูจริงๆนะคะ หวังว่าในไม่ช้าจะได้รับข่าวดีนะคะ ขอบคุณค่ะ
