On the 19th I reached out to support by phone and spoke to Marnie about my disputes not updating for almost 6 months (I paid for a year in advance subscription).  After she couldn’t manually get them to update on her end, she told me she would write and IT ticket. I then received this email from her:

“Thank you for reaching out to me earlier today. So according to our IT department the process is at a halt for updating the Equifax and Experian reports, so moving forward until they change the process that they are working on we will not be able to update and the results for those 2 bureaus. I apologize for the inconvenience.”

When I was upset I paid for a service I can’t use, a refund was refused.  Finally, they offered 50% off and cancelled my account - without asking me if I approved.  Following that, they said my bank refused the refund.  I responded by saying I never agreed to a settlement of half and didn’t approve the compensation, further, I have a new bank.  They refused to send the refund to my updated account or even forward me a check.  

There is NOTHING AI about this misleading app, YOU have to manually update your accounts when you receive investigation results- and hope that you don’t find yourself in my shoes and it doesn’t get “stuck” in dispute status.  Only one credit bureau disputes electronically- TransUnion.  I found much more success disputing directly through the bureaus.  Beware of the false claims, this app is not the answer.

I am paying for the 19.99 a month to help repair and dispute all 3 score holders and for once I’m not disputing individual loans or incorrect information on my credit scores. ( example Transunion) this software does all three TransUnion, Equifax, Experian what a load off my shoulders they have different ways to get this software to work for you to help and increase your credit scores, amen. Try it I encourage everyone that needs to raise their credit scores.
