Purchasing scam
It offered a $0.99 package twice. The package was supposed to include gold, green coins, and a hero. After purchasing the package, it first shows you all the content you purchased, then opens the hero box and shows your random hero. In both of my purchases, the Dragoon's Treasure offer appeared just as I was about to open the hero box, and the hero box disappeared. I tried to reach out to support, but they said to check your payment. My payments are visible, but the hero boxes have disappeared. Since there is no inventory option in the game, the box disappears if it is not opened at that moment. It's a scam.

Massive potential
Overall the game is game is good but it is definitely pay to win and it will take forever to upgrade your character without spending money. I hope they focus on the syndicate part of the game because adding wars and better syndicate rewards would make this game a lot more engaging, overall still a really fun game been playing for years now.
Latest upload destroys controls
The latest update has destroyed the control interface and moves my characters in weird ways, it also places them in states where they are almost trapped inside invisible walls. I will be taking a break until they fix it
Fun game
I love this game to death and I could play it forever, every time I think a character is my favourite in the game and main them I find another character that’s just as fun. You can be a glass cannon, a slow tank, a sniper, or a mix of them. Honestly I’m so lucky to have found this gem of a game. One small problem is that I’ve noticed that skins have stopped showing up in the shop unless you buy the mystery boxes, but other than that this game is amazing
Matching and Balance.
Game is great dont get me wrong. The only flaws I notice is that, the matching is really unfair. How often do you get matched with bots? Because to me it looks like its all the time. I lose all those games because of a player in my team that is clearly a bot. And the enemies on the other hand, they are too good at locating where me and my team is at. We kill a team, heal our team and next thing you know we are getting gunned by 3 other teams. I use Vi, she is my main, but its pretty unfair that you lowered her power while the big guys can melt me down in 2 seconds. At least lower their DPS on the big guys. If that is not possible, then at least make the soft character with high DPS.
