We love the app it lets us watch our camper participate in many activities via the pictures posted. Sending a bunk note lets my grandson know we miss and are thinking of him.

Up until this year the app had been great. Now my third year using it and I am extremely disappointed both with the app and the even more so the customer service at Bunk1. The past 2 summers and part of this summer the facial recognition feature worked. After a week of being there it suddenly stopped working, although I continue to get notifications that pictures of my kids have been found. Customer service was not helpful and after a bit of back and forth told me they would look into it more. A few days later I received an email saying my case was resolved, which it wasn’t. I will be recommending my child’s camp uses a different app next summer.

I signed up for the starter bundle, went to compose a note to my camper, and discovered that our church was not included on the list. Customer service stated that, for this particular camp, a session/church entry was not required. I had to send back a screenshot to prove the rep wrong. This was fixed, I sent my notes, only to find that my account had been charged twice. I don’t understand the purpose of the “Twitter” option, particularly since it’s not even called Twitter anymore. You can add a Sudoku puzzle, but no other choices along those lines (random). Overpriced for what it is, and not run very well.

First time using the App and it is fantastic! It is extremely user friendly and easy to navigate. Definitely download this one, you can thank me later…

The app works fine and I am glad to use it to communicate to our camper. The font is way too small on a phone in both draft form and reviewing mail later. Please allow the ability to adjust the font thank you.

I’ve never written an app review but felt it was warranted because of how poorly this was designed. A complete waste of time, not user friendly and cost not worth to send notes.

It’s a pretty nice app, the photos are good. There really isn’t anything else to it!!

Was never able to access using several different browsers, clearing history and cache. All browsers resulted in too many redirects after putting in login and password. App would not let you log in till you logged in on the website the first time which was impossible. Poor performance by both the app and website.

My daughter is away at camp for the first time and I love the fact that I am able to send her notes and also see her in pics on a daily basis through face recognition. I so love how it allows me and my family to be able to view, download and even pay for pics of her at the camp. So many options of fun picture frames to add with her notes that I send to her. Things that she loves like emoticons. She adores it so much and it keeps her feeling good to be in touch with us and not feel homesick. Awesome app!!
