I love Bunnings but their webpage and app takes ages to load from one page to another

Hi, it’s easy enough to find stuff. BUT if it’s not available at your local store, intuitively you would go to delivery assuming that the office will source from somewhere that does… BUT you have to change store then click delivery. The wonderfully helpful person in New Plymouth Brunning’s told me how to do this. Apparently she gets asked this multiple times per day…there’s no easy way to order unless you know this. No explanation given either

Why is everything not available with click and collect,

I wanted to buy an item. This app showed it as ‘in stock’ at some outlets but not others. My nearest two outlets did not show it as in stock, so I drove halfway across the city to an outlet that was said to have stock. When I got there, they didn’t have any. Extremely annoying and frustrating. What’s the point of showing showing the stock situation if it’s not correct?

App is okay but sluggish response. Good to help find items in store and stock availability

Great app!! Best feature is the product locator in store. This has saved me heaps of time wandering around. All locations in store seem to be accurate!! Woo hoo!! The app itsel seems easy to use. I’ve yet to try the receipt saver as I keep forgetting. Would be good if staff reminded us.

I’m trying to create an account but it won’t let me.I filled everything out but the password thing won’t work. I did what it asked with the 8 characters long blah blah blah and it still won’t work please help.

Some things still require you to go to the website. So kinda defeats the purpose. Also can be sluggish adding items to cart. Otherwise it’s good I guess.

I love Bunnings because it’s got great products

Upgraded iPhone to 15. Re-installed the app and there is no option to enter the code texted or emailed. Support is no help at all. Edited 23/12/24. I have contacted Support. After a few emails Support have stopped responding.
