I carried out from the North Av store soon after the remodel. I ordered in the store, not the drive up. I have to say that I was surprised that the taste of the beef was not as good as before. I found the juice not as flavorful and a bit watered down tasting. I will try again, maybe it was just a bad night. The wait was a bit long as well, despite what seemed to be an increased number of workers and prep area. I hope things improve, especially the taste. On average I spent 220-300 a month but giving my phone number isn’t sufficient so i’ve missed tons of points. i have receipts that are printed so faded that the camera won’t pick up the barcode. Barcodes that are ripped half hazardously by the cashiers so only the top portion of the is visible but not enough of the whole bar code to scan. i hope you all find a better way for loyal customers to capture the savings. The prices are high but it’s great food so i repeatedly come back.
