Just like the McDonalds app. Convoluted tabs keep item info separate from ordering and of course NO PRICES easily viewable.

When this app runs a vote campaign, it doesn’t allow a person to vote. Discrimination and request the developers of the app look into the voting system as I did not get the opportunity to vote.

Great app but it’s a buss that there are no prices of the meals on the menu. The only prices available are for the offers. And there’s not even a pdf on the internet with accurate answers. 🤦🏽‍♀️ I need to see the prices because most shops are on a “this shop does not take mobile orders”.

Took forever to get the app launched the first time. Kept on having to close and reopen the app. Maybe downloading too much info on first load without giving the user feedback. Then once profile was created, location selected I was disappointed as all the franchises around me didn't accept mobile orders but they do allow MrD orders.

Uninstalled app. Use to love BK and their offers, but now there’s like nothing I can eat there. Bring back the plant based Whopper and nuggets, how is there just one vegan burger now? Boring and Lame.

Burger King releases codes on the app that they don't activate at the restaurant itself. Thus the code is useless. Terrible App.

I am a big punter of your product. I think you have a phenomenal brand & have a great offering but I just tried to get your Texan BBQ promo & you guys cut it early! That was done in bad taste. Not sure why it was pulled from your app early when it clearly states that the promo runs from the 15-19th of May🤨😕 You guys need to sort yourselves out!

The app is never working it’s always saying reload

Used to eat here all the time- multiple times a week. But they removed 5/6 of their vegetarian options without any announcement and will probably remove their last item within the next few weeks. What a fall from grace. From the best veggie fast food burgers in SA to having nothing. Back to Steers for me.
