As others are appointed out the app is poorly designed & counterintuitive to use. Not only that, but once you’ve navigated the terrible app, placed enough orders to receive a voucher - you have to use it within 2 weeks! BurgerFuel you’re not that great, you (usually) make decent burgers but your no tall poppy in the burger business. Making an app that’s basically guarantees a bad user experience and then forcing your customers to use their hard earned voucher within a ridiculously small amount of time isn’t going to win you any customers. GYST!

I go to open my app (which previously worked) on my iPhone 7 and it just shows the front page saying VIB club for a couple of seconds, then glitches and goes back to my homepage without opening. It means I can’t access my account or order anything. Very frustrating! Hoping it will be fixed.

There is no feature to change or the  cancel the order one has just placed writhing a certain timeframe. Also, the location finder doesn’t work nor it remembers your last pick up location so my order was sent to a different city and never got a refund for it.

Whenever I get to the purchase section, after entering my card details, I try to proceed & the app takes me to a white screen that won’t load anything no matter how long I wait…

I’ve tried this on mobile data & I tried it on my WiFi, same result.

I find this to be quite annoying so I will leave a one star rating to make sure that the company is aware of their quality of service in the online world.
