Unable to contact them
I’ve tried to contact them for over 3 weeks, with 4 different emails regarding an issue with my subscription, but they just don’t respond. Awful service

Caloriee inaccurate and stops my music
Even when i turn off the sound of the app it keeps turning of my music (on spotify)
Zwaar maar lekker
Top alternatief voor de betaalde variant. Geen last van de reclame. De oefeningen laten je binnen 7 minuten echt zweten!!!
Greedy
This app is a waste of time. They claim that you can use it for “free” but after a mere 3 days of my adaptive workout plan does it lock up completely and tell me to give them all my money. 3 days of my life I will never get back. Not impressed

Great work out App
Love love Love this app. The workouts are easy. the music is upbeat to get you moving. I have to modify some but it still makes me sweat.Each exercise is just enough so you don’t get bored between them.

Easy to be consistent
I’ve always worked out a few days a week. But I have never done something everyday. Because the workouts are quick and you don’t need any equipment I haven’t missed a day!! This is a great way to build consistency
