Why have an app that relies on logging in for proper functionality if you can't actually log in? I can't access any tickets or passes because the login page never logs me in, no matter how many times enter my password and hit "sign in".

### **--- "Wouldn’t let me create an account"
Downloaded the app on my iPhone after scanning the QR code in the park. All I wanted was a map. The app wouldn’t even let me create an account—it kept popping up an error message. My husband has an Android and he couldn’t get it to allow him to create an account either. Very annoying when we were just trying to find things to do with a toddler. Aside from that, If paper maps were available it would have been nice considering not everyone wants to eat up their phone battery. 

Side note: As a suggestion, the developers should have single sign-on via Google, apple, etc.

For months now I have been unable to log into my account via the app for both Busch gardens and sea world. Apps pretty pointless if you can’t log into your account. Already deleted the app multiple times and downloaded again. Log in credentials is not the issue as I can log in on the website. The app needs to be updated to fix the issue. Would be 5 star if the app actually worked

Lacks basic functionality for seamless in-park experience. It’s really hard to believe that a theme park conglomerate as big as Sea World Parks and Entertainment can’t figure out how to provide a better end-user experience. The map filters don’t work well, there’s no real time location interface, wait times are inconsistent. Out of all the regular food offerings, only 2 offer order ahead and one of those is a sweet shop. Recently, there have been login errors exclusive to the app (logged in fine on browser). Shops should have mobile check out. It needs the ability to add rides, shows, and experiences to a list to easily keep an eye on wait times, show times, and more easily plan out the day. And for the love of all that is holy, make passes available for apple wallet!!!

The main issue with the app is the wait times there is no reason that a multi million dollar company can’t program a app that shows accurate wait times. On the app it will say some rides are at 10 minutes then you walk to the ride and it’s over a hour and the app is constantly cramming additional purchases down your throat if i wanted a fast pass i would have bought it you don’t gotta tell me everytime i open the app
