No support for UPI
This app is very useful in booking tickets. But unfortunately in the payment page there is no option for UPI. In this digital age how can you not have support for UPI. Kindly look into it.
Bad customers service
Using this app you can book the tickets. If you have any problems related to the ticket then the real problem will come. There is no proper customer service where you can communicate. One of the worst service ever I have seen.
Application error
Not able to book the ticket, while selecting the seat application suddenly stops and exits
