cannot find from where can I cancel my annual subscription

Subscribed but cannot read!

I subscribed Business Today for one year. HOEVER, I found an error message, saying I cannot read!!!

No help to get my subscription back

I had prepaid the subscription for BT for one year and while changing my phone haven’t been able to retrieve the same . When I wrote to the team they said they cannot find the same and now I can’t reach out to any one to help.

downloaded magazine on multiple devices

I purchased the bt500 on my phone and downloaded but unable to see the purchase on my iPad which also shares the same itunes

Soft copy cannot be saved on my hard drive.

I m giving 2 star due to my soft copy could not saved on my hard drive. It saved on news stand in my I Pad. The news stand also could not able to close properly. When I am paying money, I am authorised to get what I meant to pay for. The time it took for delivery also 6 weeks. I don't understand whether we are staying in digital era or rock age?
