I have been having so many issues with this App. I don’t receive notification when my child is at school and I have raised/escalated several times before, yet the issue persists.

If I could give this app negative stars, I would. 1) does not allow separate accounts for divorced parents therefore allowing another avenue for financial abuse 2) does not allow you to delete a booking made for same day even if you realise immediately that you’ve made a mistake 3) allows multiple bookings for same day - how can one student be on multiple buses?! 4) allows bookings for days when there is no services running eg public holidays I hate this app

I used to rely on this app very heavily. It has become very unreliable. The routes are all over the place and the bus isn’t even on the right street. When you select a route It gives the map of Australia. Needs maintains.

Love the notifications when my kids board!

Would be great if it worked as it used to, but now it hardly ever seems to be able to track the bus.

I’ve never bothered to review an app before but I have to say that the GPS tracking on the buses is incredible- it is virtually real time, only a 10 second delay. Saves standing in the cold/rain/heat for 10-20 minutes waiting. Also brings peace of mind for parents of older children who are starting to walk to/from bus on their own to know when to expect them or look out for them. I can’t comment on the other functions like notifications but so far so good.

The route tracking and tap on and tap off notifications are great. I have come across one bug - when a general message notification is received (such as a message letting parents know that the bus route is almost full), there is no way to view the entire message in the app, you can only view the message in the notification window and once it is read, you cannot get it back. Also, if the notification message is quite long, it is truncated by the notification window and you cannot read the entire message.

We have 2 kids in the junior school who catch the bus everyday to (& sometimes from) school so we LOVE this app for all the obvious reasons of knowing the kids have arrived safely in the morning & when they'll be at the home bus stop in the afternoon. Some slight zooming tweaks on the map view that would improve it to 5 stars Thanks for creating this fantastic service, we find it so very handy & reassuring.
