Love that BYD has own app to manage the vehicle. I think there are still room for improvements: 1. When the vehicle is parked under the hot sun for a long time, is there a way I can check the internal temperature? I understand that it is available immediately after the vehicle stops, but after a while, the internal temperature is no longer readable. 2. It is not possible to open the window of the vehicle using the app. It will be useful to allow owner to use the app to open part (ie, 10% or 20% or entire window 100%) remotely to cool down the vehicle and to allow the hot air inside vehicle to escape the vehicle. Currently only close window remotely feature is available. 3. It is not possible to open / close the rear trunk from the app. It will be useful to allow owner to open / close rear trunk remotely via the app. This can be helpful if owner wants to ask others to go to the vehicle to take something from the rear trunk without passing the key to the person. 4. Disabling the vehicle using the app remotely if the vehicle is stolen. In the unlikely event that the vehicle is stolen, there should be a feature or button in the app to disable the vehicle remotely from the app so that the thief cannot drive off far with the vehicle. (Note: Maybe if want to implement this feature, can force stop the vehicle once the vehicle comes to a complete stop, ie, at traffic light, or at parking, and marking the vehicle position and notify the owner through the app. Specific security features can also be introduce this trigger app notification to owner when the vehicle detects that the vehicle is forcefully started without the presence of the vehicle key or RFID card or remotely from the app) 5. Currently the start vehicle button is merged with turning on / off the air conditioning. Would be nice to separate the start vehicle button from turning on air conditioning. This way sometimes the owner may just want to start the vehicle without turning on the air conditioning, especially if the environment outside is cooling and the interior internal temperature is also cooling, like 23C and below.

Please bring back dark mode

The interior temperature will be shown when we access the A/C and seat menu. However, it takes some time for the temperature value to be displayed, requiring the user to open and close the menu or refresh the screen by sliding down until the temperature value appears.

Hi BYD, Please roll back the update to the previous version as we have been familiar with the widgets and the colour scheme. Now features are gone with minimal improvements…

The app is constantly being improved and it gets better. Until this recent update, the app is now light background instead of dark, which was way cooler and less in-your-face. Please bring back the dark background or give the option to choose.

Recent update can change colour of the Atto3 on the app but all colours can except the green. I am using iPhone. Pls update. Tq.

Proposed the app to have: 1) Charging Summary Log. By having this, user can keep track of their pass charging record. 2) Accessibility to control standard setting e.g ambient light control, energy management control 3) Car location 4) Accesibility to 360 camera. This one will be useful especially for safety purposes. User can access the realtime view of the car.

I really like Byd Atto 3. I recently just received it. But there still some features that some people including me want. 1.Make the app more attractive and more like Tesla’s. I mean in the Tesla app you can control most of the things via phone but in Byd only some. 2.update the app just like you guys frequently update in china. Just because I am in Malaysia I am missing some features in the app like digital card. I have the nfc card but I can’t link it to my phone. 3.Update the car as well like you do in china. In Malaysia we haven’t received the update which is the browser yet but in Australia for example already received it. 4.Just imagine how many people would buy autopilots from you guys because Byd sales is rapidly increasing. : so here’s you you do it first you make autopilot system like Tesla after that sell it to people who own Byd. It’s like if you want the autopilot system you just have to pay and Byd will fix some extra camera in the your Byd and download an autopilot system in the screen and people who own Byd will enjoy. I mean some people are buying Byd because they can’t buy Tesla but if you guys add autopilot to be available to add to previous Byd cars it would be awesome. 5. Here’s some basic features you can do it via update: auto lock,auto unlock,sport mode linked to pedal and steering wheel,one pedal driving if can,display surrounding vehicles in the instrument cluster and some more just like these. Well these are some great features I hopping for. Thank you!

When I remotely turned on my A/C, fan speed always set to max 7, why BYD can’t set to the center point or allow user to control instead?

Please take a look at Tesla's app and draw inspiration. Instead of typing the password each time trying to unlock why not leverage on NFC to auto unlock the car Or at least using face ID, it should auto UNLOCK the car already instead of prompting to enter password. This will greatly improve the user experience
