Same issue here. Can’t register with a Danish phone number. They know the problem exists, but instead of fixing it they ask to contact some support link and do nothing after. Good that there are other apps that work, I will use them instead.
I tried to registered with a Danish phone number, but was notified that they could not send a verification sms to my phone number. Looking at reviews for this app, this is not a new issue, however, remains unreasoned for months!!
Lamentablemente, el sistema sólo funciona para código de países donde Cabify es funcional. Por ejemplo, si vas a España como turista con un número argentino Cabify funciona (porque también funciona en Argentina). Pero si viajas desde Dinamarca (+45) no te puedes registrar. Increíblemente, en el onboarding de la aplicación no te pone restricciones de la característica de país que puedes seleccionar. Es un simple bugfix que le solucionaría la vida a aquellos que intentan múltiples veces recibir el SMS de confirmación sin suerte.
The app is broken - it keeps asking for my password. Might be because of my non-Spanish number… how do I reach support?
Tried to register an account with all the possible options. I have a danish phone number, but I get an error with the message “something went wrong”. Not good, please resolve this, then I will remove this review.
It keeps not sending me code for registration! When I press not received code it says “something went wrong”
Not possible to create an Ny account with a Danish phone number- no code is received! 🤷♂️🤷♂️🤷♂️
If you forget your password you are seriously lost. I have tried to retrieve an email or a text to make a new password. It doesn’t work neither from the app or the website(and it’s not in spam). Then I wanted to contact Cabify so they could help but this is conveniently not possible since you need to be logged in to contact them. Which means my account is lost forever.
The app is good and prices are competitive, but the waiting times are a joke. Before you accept a ride, it always says ‘a driver will be there in X minutes’ and it ends up being 3 or 4 times more time. The worst day is when the map was saying 2 minutes, and I never got a ride in 20
