Hello, we will go to Seville tomorrow and I downloaded the application. I live in Turkey and I cannot log in to the system because it does not accept my phone number when I enter it. Is there a chance to solve this problem quickly?

Really cant understand you cannot sign up any other country than spain. They developed it for their people I think so dont want tourists to use it. Thats it. Thnx!

I did not receive the mobile phone verification code although I tried many times

Tried for three days and many times but still haven’t received any message with the verification code, so I cant use the application

Shows the locations incorrectly on the map so that taxi driver cannot find you. Don’t even try to top up money to your cabify wallet it captures the payment but does not show in your wallet so you need to communicate with customer service for it. By the way worst customer service ever.

I tried to sign up with the US and a different foreign numbers but there’s no way. Every time I see “something went wrong error”, then you get 1 star rating from me

I am in Buenos Aires, Argentina but I have a Turkish phone number. It is not possible to get a verification code and use the app.
