Scan the QR code in the app and the rest happens automatically… apart from your coffee, which our Baristas will handcraft just the way you like it, as usual.

I tried to redeem a vitality voucher at London Bridge station. It scanned ok, it disappeared from the app, and the activity section of the app now says “voucher reedemed”. However, the staff said it didn’t work and wouldn’t let me have the drink I’d ordered without paying extra for the coffee. As far as I was concerned I’d already paid for it with the voucher so I didn’t have it.

Everyone in Devizes branch is fab!! Drinks are always fab and I come here all the time to meet friends!
The app is also brilliant, especially the crackers and I love that I don’t need to carry around my stamp card!

At the moment, it seems that phone verification is experiencing some issues, which led me to use a non-iPhone as a workaround. 

It's worth noting that this mainly impacts those who deal with vouchers, as phone verification doesn't seem to affect most users. 

I've contacted support for assistance, but unfortunately, I haven’t received a response yet. It would be great if this issue could be addressed to improve everyone's user experience.

Your store in York Coney street charged me twice for my order of 2 Lattes and 2 Mince pies but when I tried to have this corrected I was treated with total contempt and dismissal. On checking my account on the app when I arrived home they have indeed charged me twice a total of £27.00 . All the person in charge would say was the two transactions were only pending and one would disappear. However my bank assures me that I have been charged twice and one should be refunded. I will be going back to get my refund but I would like it known that the person in charge should be trained how to treat customers. You have lost my business now

I bought my daughter a voucher as a treat via my app as she was going shopping and as we live in the middle of nowhere coffee shops are not the norm: it reached her but disappeared straight away.
