The app was ok and give good indications but recently it gives very wrong calculations and far away from reality !

When you select saved food, you cannot increase the quantity, it can be increased but it is not reflected. Please fix this bug

They offer a 3 day trial, but if you cancel before it’s up they charge you anyway, and apple says it’s not refundable!

Customer service refuses to help make the app work or provide refund. I tried to purchase this for my son’s device. He can’t log in with the credentials. Their customer service says tough luck, no refunds nor will they help get it to work on his device! Now I’m stuck with this useless service for a year.

If you’re on a diet where every calorie and macro counts, do not use their product. It got some veggies correct, but every protein and complete meal was off 100+ calories, not even mentioning macros.

I love this app. I’ve used them all including Noom and this one has helped me lose 8 lbs in a month. The only thing is I wish it saved the recent history. It seems to cherry pick just a few things I’ve eaten recently. The AI part is not always accurate but I am surprised at how spot on it can be sometimes. Worth every penny.
