Aplikácia je nepresná s AI, databáza jedál je chudobná, po zakúpení predplatného ho dodnes nemám, samé bugy… K tomu navyše neschopný support kde mi pani MADINA zakaždým posiela rovnaký mail: Thank you for reaching out. This app maybe good for tracking calories but when it comes to online service like giving you a refund it’s horrible! I wanted to cancel my subscription but I forgot and they changed me 34.99€! I wrote to them immediately and they didn’t give me a refund the policy is that you have to write within 24 hours I did and no refund.

Useless app you dont even have an option to try it if it worls correctly and they want 10€/weekly thats crazy 🤦🏼

Beware! App says 3 days trial, but it charges you immediately! Apple refuses to refund!!!

I have never written any review but now I have to. Because this app makes me regret my existence every time I want to log my food. It’s absolutely inaccurate and it does not allow you to even change it. I went for free trial but charged me 35€ for year. I was like ok I’m gonna try it. But when I written them email about how unsatisfied I am with the app they never replied.

Promised free strial for three days, charged me 22€ for a year and don’t want me get my refund back after 2 attempts

It’s a very nice and simple app compared to others, but the AI just isn’t accurate. Scanned a basic Margherita pizza and showed me 2400 calories… then you just have to keep and keep and keep updating it until it hits right, which should do it for you as advertised..

They offer a 3 day trial, but if you cancel before it’s up they charge you anyway, and apple says it’s not refundable!

Customer service refuses to help make the app work or provide refund. I tried to purchase this for my son’s device. He can’t log in with the credentials. Their customer service says tough luck, no refunds nor will they help get it to work on his device! Now I’m stuck with this useless service for a year.
