I bought the annual subscription, which I was really excited about . I logged not even half a days of food and when I tried opening the app to log something else it wouldn’t work , the app keeps crashing and it won’t work even when I restarted my phone. I deleted the app thinking that would help and that just set me back to the beginning as if I didn’t have a subscription. At this rate I want my money back .

The app has a significant limitation where users can only add up to three meals per day. For instance, if I add a drink with 30 calories before dinner, the app incorrectly replaces my dinner entry with the drink. This makes it hard to accurately track my daily calorie intake. I suggest allowing users to add more than three entries per day or providing a better system for managing smaller items like snacks or drinks. I hope this issue gets resolved soon, as I’ve subscribed for a year.

I like the app but it can get frustrating with log your food in and then you get on later and all the food you had logged in is just gone! You remember what it was! Please fix it WHY DOES IT KEEP DELETING FOOD THAT I ENTER!!! Please help me understand what I might be doing wrong? It’s very frustrating! If I can’t get help I would like my money back so I can put towards an app that works! I hate this be because it seems like this would a good interface to use!

The time l have saved by just taking pictures ofmy food has been invaluable. This is money, andI've confidently saved hundreds of dollers.

I made a mistake and paid for a year subscription because it was cheaper overall. Trying to use the app has been very painful. The scanning did not work well so I was entering items individually. Several times my entry for dinner shows up on the next day. I cannot go back to the previous and re-enter. Now I get an error each time I entry an item. I sent tech support an email a week ago and never heard back.

The app loses my foods every day and I have to reenter them. I have difficulty moving to the next day. Also food amounts are not specified and often too much or too little.
