Plan your time, and coordinate with others using the Calendar app. See a holistic view of your schedule with events from all your different calendar accounts, alongside reminders, holidays, birthdays and subscription calendars. Invite others to events, respond to invitations, or share entire calendars to make plans with colleagues, family, and friends.

Your Complete Schedule
Keep track of all your events from different calendar accounts together in the Calendar app. Connect accounts from iCloud, Exchange, Google and others. Organize your events using multiple calendars with different colors. And view all your events alongside each other in List, Day, Week or Month views.

Event Planning
Create and edit events, appointments, and meetings. Add an alert to be reminded of an event, a location to receive a notification when it’s time to leave, a link to a video call to quickly connect, related attachments, notes and more. Easily send and receive events through invitations using iCloud, Exchange and other calendar accounts.

Reminders in Calendar
Manage your tasks easily with reminders. Create, view, edit and complete reminders from the Reminders app right alongside all your other meetings and appointments in the Calendar app.

Shared Calendars
Share an iCloud calendar with family, colleagues or friends. They can easily see events, add more events, receive alerts, or make changes to the calendar.

Even More Calendars
Add other calendars to keep track of even more events. Holiday Calendars show up-to-date information about global holidays. See contacts’ birthdays with the Birthdays calendar. Events recognized by Siri in apps like Mail appear in the Siri Suggestions calendar. And you can even subscribe to calendars for your favorites sports teams, TV shows and more from the web.

I’m not Jewish, but for some reason I can’t turn off Jewish holidays, and in the calendar app it seems like there’s a new one every other week. And on my widget, it prioritizes showing me Jewish holidays in tomorrow’s preview instead of the events I’ve created which is super annoying. I know our country is owned by Israel, but this is ridiculous. I have to turn off US holidays to get rid of Jewish holidays which is crazy because those aren’t US holidays.

Yes I have gone into both my phone settings and the app settings and I do not have my calendar set to Hebrew, and I only have US holidays selected. “Jewish holidays are included!” They weren’t before. I can promise you for years I have not been bombarded with so many Jewish holidays spunking up my calendar. Absolutely wild that 1. Multiple religious holidays are being forced into my calendar, if I want to observe the federal holidays. 2. That there aren’t more inclusive options for your calendar. There’s three options. You operate in 175 COUNTRIES. DO BETTER.

### ****- "Needs a WEEKLY VIEW on iPhone"
It’s insane that you need to rotate your phone sideways to get a weekly view in my opinion :( We need a weekly view with your phone in upright orientation. Sideways doesn’t show enough hours in the day because the vertical height is too short. I miss it so much from Google cal. Or at least have the multi-day view be 3 days instead of 2. 😞😞

I think I’ve enjoyed that the calendar app has gotten more user friendly and works well for families. However, for multicultural families it would be great to be able to keep up with both US and Peru’s holidays under the same calendar. 
Looking forward to Apple adding the Peruvian Holidays at some point in the next updates.
