Calendly Mobile

I’m so glad this happened to be one of the first 4 or 5 schedulers I tried because my search was over quickly. The 4, let’s say, that I tried before Calendly each got a full 5 working days to impress, to be fair. However, I signed up for an annual subscription after 1 day with Calendly.

I have to give it to them, free version is really good, functionality is excellent My organisation has been made so much easier!

I have tried it so far for business and personal informal meetings/phone calls. Makes life easier by taking the distraction away and also helps you to focus on the task at hand and make every contact matters. Thanks Calendly

A must have for coaches

Wish there was a way to edit your calendar on Calendly manually through the mobile app.

I absolutely love this app. It is very efficient for my small business and makes my life much easier. However, the recent update doesn't allow the app to fit my iPhone screen. It appears too large for the screen and I am unable to see the dates on the left-hand side. Please fix this as soon as possible.

The most recent update as of July 15 2024 is the best so far!!! I use this app almost daily to schedule appointments. The new update makes things more efficient now when rescheduling appointment. There’s also a “Contacts” tab which shows you their email and how many appointments you’ve scheduled with them.

Calendly is streamlined, quick, free, reliable, aesthetic, professional, awesome!

I received a job interview request directing me to choose a time/date. Only the calendar section to choose from had a big banner saying no events this month. I couldn’t select anything. For two days, I poked around trying to find what I was missing. In the top right corner was a tiny banner saying “Powered by Calendly”. I found I could click on it and set up a Calendly account. Do I did. I clicked on the appointment scheduler, and created an appointment. Great, I’m thinking. Only to go back later and realize that all I had done is eat up an appointment with myself, not with the interviewer. I’ve never had an experience like this with any other scheduling tool!

This system is one of the best scheduling systems that I’ve used. I love that I’m able to receive notifications directly to my devices, so I’m never missing a beat. I would highly recommend this scheduler especially for freelancers and entrepreneurs, like myself, who service many different clients. If one is just starting out and only offering one type of event, the free option is perfect to get started. As business grows, the benefits of the paid subscription is perfect! Event emails and reminders, etc.
