This app is terrible. It worked well until it did not. It stops mid recording, deletes recordings with no warning. There is no customer support. The whole point of this app is to save messages not login and find them gone. Plus at around $40 month is a scam.
Don’t recommend, will fraud you out of your money
I went into the app today to download some recordings. Everything was there a few weeks ago. Now, nothing is there. If my recordings cannot be restored, then refund me the 2yrs I’ve paid an annual subscription. I am beyond. This is nuts. To pay for something & get absolutely nothing. You guys need to have some sort of contact info for customer service issues. This is not cool.
I downloaded app, paid subscription. Used it for 4 months. Stored very important voice recordings. Then out of the blue, all voice recordings disappeared. I didn’t delete them, they just gone. Contacted the developer via email. No answer! Do not use this app. Bad quality and your content disappears and nobody will help! Customer support doesn’t exist!
DO NOT USE THIS APP. YOU WILL RECORD IMPORTANT CALLS AND LOSE THEM ALL. THEN YOU WILL TRY TO REACH OUT AND GET NO RESPONSE
$50 a year This is not free at all
Paying customer since May 10-July 9. Tried multiple times to find an email address or contact form to reach developer/support, they offer guides/FAQ's, but no support. I gave up and finally ended my subscription through the App Store. Within a minute iCall sent a push notification asking for feedback. Sad cloud screen, three buttons, they do nothing. I screen recorded my experience. The times it didn't prematurely end recording within 30secs, it worked great, even transcriptions. Before I caught on to what was happening, I lost out on important recordings. Then I learned to watch my push notifications, watch for the call participant dropping off. Have backup plans, and even subscribe to competitor apps. At this point I've wasted too much money on this app. If the developer wants to help figure out why this this is occurring, and offers free premium for my wasted time/effort/money, cool, I'll give it another chance. Otherwise you've lost a customer for life. For everyone else, have a backup plan. Pay attention to those cues that the call is no longer recording. You'll have flawless experiences but other times you'll have complete letdowns. Developer needs to care more and offer methods to contact support. For the weekly price of this subscription, what a disappointment.
