Camera focus issue 14 pro
This issue is still not resolved even after this update. Focus is not there at close distance. Same distance native camera focuses very well.
Request for cancellation
I submitted my request to cancel my subscription to this app as the data provided in excel format is gibberish and there is a lot of clean up to be done. However I was charged with the amount even though it stated that I have 3 days free trial. Stop lying and return my money back!
Bad A.I. Reading
I paid for the subscription and have been using it for half a year now, the scanned input to fill in the information is pretty poor. I’m disappointed with the “intelligent” feature, it doesn’t seem to have good word recognition function. I’ve to make edits 90% of the time because the text recognition failed. There’s no machine learning in this. Why? The good thing I liked about it is the grouping and exporting function but there’s no CSV format. There’s a repeat of companies and job columns, I’m not sure why that feature was put in place.
Disappearing cards
Do keep a backup of all your business cards. For twice now this app has “helped” to clear all my card contacts.

Will be nice if the app allows multi job title to be added without insisting on adding company name on each title.

Horrible business model. Stay away from trapped.
Shocked...now we have to pay a lot to keep our own record and not allowed to sync. Very shady business practice.... almost blackmail. DO NOT BUY. Apple should come up with built in card scanner in their address book to save people from such unscrupulous business tactics.
Improvement feedback
Could you make it possible to increase the font size of the names and numbers? It appears really small even when I change my phone’s font size settings; the change doesn’t seem to affect the font sizes on the app. Pls make this change. Thanks!
Suddenly changed
Previously, I could export as Excel file for free. I have not reached 500 yet, but suddenly it requires me to pay monthly fee if I want to export.
