the app make u buy a Call and then the app crash. I spend 40$ in december and THE APP CHASH, do u think they give me my money back? NO. they said the problem is in my bank but i call them and they said they never had a return from them. THEY ARE LIARS.

Depositas dinero por un saludo y si no te lo realizan, no hay reembolso. En los términos y condiciones está todo en blanco. No tornes cómo ni a quién reclamar. No queda registro detallado de tu pedido en tu cuenta en el sitio y los artistas suben los precios y luego te hacen depositar más para comprar el mismo producto. No funcionó. No es nada seguro.

Fine, lacks features

Filters are lacking compared to the web version. I have to sift through 1700+ comedians in the app, whereas I can look at separate genres such as Late Night, Standup, Instagram, etc. in a browser. I got two thirds of the way through and the same 6 artists started repeating as I scrolled, then the screen went black. Lost all that progress. Somewhat related, I also can’t save anyone to a favorites or wish list to save up gift ideas for events coming up, which would definitely make me a frequent app user (and subsequently help me spend more money in it). Instead I think of Cameo as a gift idea maybe once a year. I somehow have a “Following” list from whenever I last used the app but can’t follow or unfollow anyone anymore, so I guess I’m forever following Matthew Perry, which just makes me sad.

They never do the job within the time requested.

Twice I’ve ordered, twice my order has expired with no explanation, just a note saying our order is expired. The first time I complained Cameo contacted the person making the video and then it was sent to me, now for the second time the aren’t even offering a refund, just credit to their site, which is useless if no one ever fulfills the order. Proceed with caution, especially if you’re not trying to lose the actual cash you spent for possible use on Cameo later. Very cool idea, very bad service.
