I haven’t shown this to my daughter yet but cannot wait to see her reaction on her birthday. Such a lovely warm message from Ralph Little, I know it will make her day. Will try to film her reaction. Really happy thank you.
Lost DMs and no fix or refund yet!
I’ve had videos in the past and they were great, but in recent months DMs I purchased have vanished and after months of emailing customer service who told me they were “working on it” after an initial update didn’t work, still not fixed or refunded as I requested. Even if it’s fixed “eventually” I would like a refund because I can’t access them!

Dm dissaper cant get hold of support overcharged
Update only one dm convo is now missing but still been overcharged, cameo read my dm but support have not replied, or got back to my emails All the DMs I sent have disappear I also can't get hold of support as been over charged

DMs disappeared it’s been weeks
Although tech are apparently dealing with it it’s been weeks and I cannot access my DMs, I requested a refund but nothing has been done. Until DMs sorted and I get a refund then it’s 1 star from me.
