You can’t see your order history, randomly tells me the store is closed when it isn’t, very slow to load. It’s a real pity that this fantastic place has a bad app / ordering experience.

Took forever to get the app to work. Had lots of error messages constantly pop up and the loading screens seemed to never end. Was only using it for the 20% discount and will probably be the last time unless it’s fixed.

Your App is dreadful. Won’t locate nearest store .

After being notified that Camille hardly break even when customers use “aggregators” like just eat or deliveroo I decided to download the Camille app on iOS 16 but failed to load after inputting my payment method. Tried twice but reverted to Just Eat for ease of use.

It would be great to add an option to include ‘notes or preferences’ on the app for orders. For allergies and dietary requirements. Eg: No onions.

The app use to work to deliver to my house (not in an estate but in the country so no house number) keeps telling me now that the address is incorrect and cannot order at this moment, very annoying, the cart has also started to act up too with items not going in when added

This app is crashing on iOS 13.

Spent 20 mins trying to order and had to go to just eat in the end. The app won’t let you put in your address manually you have to type the line and it auto populates. It correctly populated my address and postcode but then at the end keeps saying postcode is invalid. It’s not and I have no option to enter it manually. Complete shambles. Camille sent me a 20% off offer to order via the app but you can’t use the app. Sticking with Just Eat where their app actually works.

App won’t open without locations enabled, but there is no way if enabling location. Abandoned-deleted the app. Shame

I keep getting the same issue. I’ve logged it with support several times and am getting no response. I’ve reinstalled the app several times. The app is a fancy menu and nothing more if I cannot order. Orders work fine on the browner on my phone, so I’ve removed the app.
