Then last week I needed to do some product shots so I set everything up and connected Camrote via bluetooth, took a bunch of pictures and all seemed fine until I noticed the images were all JPEG instead of RAW which is what the camera is always set on. Thinking that maybe RAW was only available with the pro version, I paid the $10 and took a bunch more shots. Both camera and app were definitely set to "RAW" but again, all the photos are JPEGs. I submitted a complaint via the support screen and it's been probably a week and I have not heard anything back. This app is useless to me if I can't take photos in RAW.
